Eno Romari

The leader of the cult

Quotebg
"Our beliefs are very simple, dear friend. The blessed Tribunal, though once filled with glory, are no longer the gods they once were. As with the tides and Tamriel's moons, all cosmic powers will wax and wane. But, when gods die, it creates ripples throughout the lands. The passing of the Three will be a prelude to the end of this era, and the beginning of the next. The followers of the End of Times are making ourselves ready for this to happen."
Eno Romari

The End of Times Cult is a secret organization in Mournhold in the middle of the fifth century in the Third Era. Their leader is Eno Romari, who encourages his followers to commit ritual suicide.

BeliefsEdit

The End of Times Cult members believe that the powers of the Tribunal gods, Almalexia, Sotha Sil, and Vivec, is waning. Their leader Eno Romari fortells the death of the three gods, which will be only a prelude to the end of the entire era. This transition time, according to him, will be a time of "great horror," as the Oblivion Gates will open and the Daedra will enter this world.[1] The End of Times Cult members reject the idea, that the Daedra are the Dunmer's true ancestors and thus believe that this invasion from Oblivion will be a serious threat to the ones living on mortal plane. The aim of their organization is to make themselves and the whole mortal plane ready by alerting their real ancestors.[1] To do so, their members commit ritual suicide by drinking poison,[2] in so doing entering the realms of the ancestors. Their hope is that by doing so, they can unite enough ancestors, alerted by the dedicated cult members, to fight the daedra invasion.[1]

MembersEdit

The leader of the End of Times Cult is Eno Romari, who can be found outside The Winged Guar during the related quest "A Show of Power." There are at least seven members of the cult who have committed suicide,[3] one of them being Meralyn Othan's brother Sevil.[2]
