Executioner is a passive skill in The Elder Scrolls Online. It is part of the Assassination skill line of the Nightblade class.
Description
- Killing an enemy with an Assassination skill restores 12 Magicka over 6 seconds.
Requirement
- Unlocked when the Vestige reaches rank 14 in Assassination skill line.
