Felen's Ebony Staff is an enchanted ebony staff and quest item in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
Effects
When cast, the staff deals:
Fire Damage 3-7 pts on Touch
Frost Damage 3-7 pts on Touch
Shock Damage 3-7 pts on Touch
Location
Felen's staff is found in Tel Branora, on the upper levels in Therana's chamber's. It is a target item for the Thieves Guild, although Big Helende has doubts of anybody being willing to attempt the theft.

Big Helende tasks the Nerevarine to steal the Felen's ebony staff and give it to her.
