Description[]
Located southwest of Sky Haven Temple, there is a lone rowboat left at the steep riverbank. A strongbox, an apothecary's satchel, scattered flawless gems and an underwater chest can be found here.

- It is one of the possible locations where a flawless ruby may be found for the quest called "The Only Cure." Saving before entering the cell will allow the gems to be changed.
