The Hero can obtain Arborwatch from Countess Arriana Valga if they get her disposition to 70 and have at least 13 points of fame. Furniture can be bought from Seed-Neeus at Northern Goods and Trade, which is just west of the South Gate. Although there is an upgrade called "Servants' Quarters," there are no servants available to hire for this house.
This house has roughly the same amount of space as Rosethorn Hall, but is laid out more horizontally over two floors as opposed to Rosethorn's four. There is a living room, dining room, master bedroom, and two spare bedrooms in the house with numerous safe storage containers. There is no basement.
