For other uses, see Bal and Bal Fell.

Bal Fell is a large Daedric Ruin in the Azura's Coast in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. It is the only structure on the second island east of the St. Olms Canton, one island west of Ashirbadon.

It was once a thriving settlement,[1] and, during the First Era, was known to have been an Aldmer wizard's settlement,[2] along with other similar settlements in Vvardenfell such as Ald Redaynia, Tel Aruhn, and Tel Mora.[2] It now serves as a shrine to Sheogorath.

Outside the shrine are five Telvanni scattered around the ruins.

Inside, the first area entered is the Outer Shrine. From here, there are doors to the two roughly F-shaped wings, the East Wing and West Wing respectively. There is also a door directly to the Inner Shrine. The Inner Shrine may be entered from either wing as well.
