Berwen's Stalker[]
The Fighters Guild has been hired to kill a Corprus Stalker that is causing trouble in Berwen's shop. The creature can be found upstairs. This quest can be started, even if the Nerevarine isn't a member of the Fighters Guild, by simply coming into the shop and speaking to Berwen.
Girith's Stolen Hides[]
Berwen needs to be spoken to in order to complete this quest and receive the rewards.
The Grandmaster's Retort[]
Big Helende of the Wolverine Hall wants a grandmaster's retort stolen for the Thieves Guild. She also says Berwen in Tel Mora has one, although any retort will suffice.

Girith's guar hides "Ahhh...my old friend Girith! I heard you helped him out of some serious trouble not long ago. Some business with a couple of no-good Ashlanders, right? They'll never learn. Anyway, you have my thanks; I had quite an investment in those guar hides. Would have taken quite a beating had Girith not been able to sell them. Here, take these as a token of our appreciation."
