Bethamez is a Dwemer Ruin located within the Gnisis Eggmine. The unique book Divine Metaphysics is located on a table near the entrance, along with Dwemer Airship Plans.

Edwinna Elbert informs the Nerevarine that some Dwarven ruins have been uncovered at an egg mine. The Nerevarine can head to an egg mine; however, a guard will prevent them from entering. They will either need to be persuaded or killed in order to gain the key to the mine. It is also possible to sneak in, given enough skill.
Mystery of the Dwarves[]
The Nerevarine will need to discover the reason behind the disappearance of the Dwemer.
