Blood Ring is a unique enchanted ring and artifact worn by Dagoth Gilvoth at the Lower Facility of Dagoth Ur's Citadel in the Red Mountain region. This ring dispels magic effects, temporarily raises one's Health, and provides resistance to magic with emphasis on fire damage.

- There is a second Blood Ring in the game's Construction Set (ID: artifact_blood_ring) that is identical to this item, but is not obtainable without using the console on the PC.
- Blood Ring is among the five most valuable items of clothing in Morrowind, all of which are rings. At thirty-thousand gold it is equal to the Heart Ring, Soul Ring, and Sheogorath's Signet Ring. Only the Vampiric Ring is worth more, with a value of 32,000 gold.
