The Boots of the Old Gods are a unique piece of light armor and part of the Armor of the Old Gods set found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The Boots of the Old Gods are a reward for completing the Forsworn part of the quest No One Escapes Cidhna Mine.
Enchantment[]
Wearing this piece of armor grants the following skill bonuses:
- Fortify Sneak: 20 points
Smithing[]
The Boots of the Old Gods can be upgraded at a workbench with leather and the Arcane Blacksmith perk. However, they do not benefit from any Smithing perks. This means that the boots cannot be improved past flawless quality without boosting the Smithing skill over 100. This can be achieved by using enchanted items and/or blacksmithing potions to fortify Smithing.
