Brithaur is a Bosmer thief living in Crucible, New Sheoth. The rest of the citizens are angry with his petty thievery and want him handled.

Earil wants the Hero to get rid of Brithaur due to his consistent thievery. Either 5 flawless pearls must be brought to him, or he must be killed.
- On occasion, he may give a greeting and take the Hero's money during dialogue. This is indicated by peculiar greeting dialogue such as, "Ooh! Let me see! Exquisite!"

- If Brithaur dies, his tombstone in New Sheoth Graveyard will read, "In the end, his last breath was stolen from him."
