Cingor's House is located near the north side of Leyawiin, across from Dar Jee's House. Cingor is Leyawiin's only neighborhood watch member. Cingor is also a member of the Mythic Dawn, and there is a copy of the Mythic Dawn Commentaries 2 in his house and two leveled chests.
After he attacks, the Hero can kill him without getting a bounty, and he'll be carrying the key to his house. However, entering his house will still be considered trespassing.
