Acquisition[]
This item is given as one of the possible rewards inside a Clothier's Satchel, received after completing a Clothier Writ.
Locations[]
- The reward is located in the west part of Craglorn. The nearest wayshrine is the Skyreach Wayshrine.
- From the wayshrine, go south down to the river and continue following the river south for a little bit until you see an abandoned shack on your left.
- Turn right and follow the path up into the mountains to find the survey spot which is east of the Ruins of Kardala group delve. You'll probably have to fight some Sealed Court enemies to reach the spot.
