Background[]
The Red Rook Bandits have taken control of the town Crosswych. Some of the townsfolk are trying to organize a resistance, but the bandits are determined to use the town as a base.

Walkthrough[]
After meeting Garmeg in the Lion Guard Redoubt, head over to Crosswych. Beside the bridge leading into the town, the Vestige can talk to a concerned citizen who will lead them to Tamien Sellan who is staying at the Crosswych Inn. He is organizing the resistance.
Find the Inn and go upstairs to find Tamien. He is angry and regretful as the Red Rooks destroyed his town and now they are here to destroy Crosswych. He reveals his plans, he's going to rally the people to take it back. But the townsfolk are scared, they need the support of the town council. The few that haven't been dragged to the mines need to show people how to stand up to these curs. He wants the Vestige to talk to the three council members left.
The three councils can be found in their respective houses, Councilor Theodore, Councilor Virgile and Councilor Donella. Talk to all three and convince them to support the resistance idea Tamien has. They will all agree to join, then head back to the Inn to talk to Tamien again.
He has some good news and some bad news. The good news is that people have begun to rally around the idea of resisting the Red Rooks. The bad news is that the Red Rooks have taken notice. Tell him all three councilors support the resistance and Tamien says this is the thing they need to inspire the people. Now the resistance can get to work on getting rid of the Red Rooks.
