Count Cirion's Helmet is a helmet in The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles that resembles a Madness Helmet. The only difference is that it has curved horns. The helm is enchanted with a boost of Block and Heavy Armor.
The Helmet is given to the Hero by Count Cirion to help lift the curse on Vitharn, and will be told to keep it as a gift when the curse is lifted.
