Curano was an Ayleid hero who was tasked by the High King of Delodiil with assembling a squad of heroes to destroy Abagarlas and hide the Prismatic Crystal. She recounted her experience in her journal.
Background[]
Curano was tasked by the High King of Delodiil with assembling a group of four Ayleid heroes, Lanath, Ostarand and Valasha, led by Endarre, to destroy the city of Abagarlas.[1]
After the destruction of Abagarlas, the group went on a quest to hide the Prismatic Crystal. They traveled to the Dwarven ruin of Mzeneldt in an attempt to hide the crystal. Curano, a Meridian priestess, spoke to Valasha. She told her that she would need to sacrifice her life in order to power the crystal so that the weapon would one day be forged anew. Ostarand was furious at the request, so Valasha spoke to Meridia for hours. She later knew what she had to do and Ostarand understood. Curano was later killed by the Animunculi.
The five later remained as ghosts reenacting the feat they accomplished in the ruins.

Curano and the other four heroes will be seen throughout the ruins reenacting their journey hundreds of years ago.
The Prismatic Core[]
After Endarre tasks Ostarand with destroying the Mortuum Vivicus, Curano and Lanath guard the portal.
