Description[]
This dragon mound is located a short distance up river from Anga's Mill. Alduin will resurrect the dragon Viinturuth here during the quest "Elder Knowledge."

Trivia[]
- Sometimes, once Alduin performs the Shout, he flies off to prepare for confronting the Dragonborn and Paarthurnax on the Throat of the World, leaving the burial mound to burst open on its own, but Viinturuth will not emerge like he should. His scales will regenerate, but he will remain dormant, allowing for a sneak attack, which will then allow his animation of him emerging from the mound to resume.
