Dead Argonian Agent is the corpse of an Argonian Agent that can be found at Bogwater, in southern Blackwood. He was sent to kill Scar-Tail, a renegade Shadowscale but only managed to wound Scar-Tail, before he was killed.

The Renegade Shadowscale[]
Teinaava asks the Hero to go and kill Scar-Tail and return his heart as proof. Scar-Tail will attempt to make a deal with the Hero and tell them to take the Dead Argonian Agent's heart back to Teinaava, instead of his own.
