Dragonscale Boots are a piece of light armor and part of the dragonscale armor set found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Locations[]
Unenchanted boots will begin to appear throughout Skyrim at level 46 and enchanted variants can be found at level 47. These locations include:
- Found as random loot in chests.
- Enchanted variants dropped as random loot by Revered or Legendary dragons.
- At higher levels, can be looted from a safe in a house such as Proudspire Manor.
Smithing[]
Making a pair of dragonscale boots requires a Smithing level of 100 and the Dragon Armor perk. They can be crafted at a blacksmith's forge from the following components:
- 2 × Leather Strips
- 1 × Leather
- 2 × Dragon Scales
- 1 × Iron Ingot
They can be upgraded with a dragon scale at a workbench and also benefit from the Dragon Armor perk, which doubles the improvement.
