The Dwarven Battleaxe is a two-handed weapon in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Locations[]
Unenchanted Dwarven battleaxes will begin to appear throughout Skyrim at level 12, and enchanted battleaxes can be found at level 13. These locations include:
- Blacksmiths and general goods merchants.
- Wielded by various characters and enemies.
- Found as random loot in chests or as a world item throughout Skyrim.
- In Dwemer ruins.
Smithing[]
The Dwarven battleaxe requires a Smithing level of 30 and the Dwarven Smithing perk to create. It can be forged at a blacksmith's forge with the following components:
- 2 x Steel Ingot
- 2 x Dwarven Metal Ingots
- 2 x Leather Strips
- 1 x Iron Ingot
It can be upgraded with a Dwarven metal ingot at a grindstone. The Dwarven Smithing perk doubles the improvement.
Trivia[]
- The Dwarven Battleaxe's blade strongly resembles the left arm of the Dwarven Centurion.
