Efreghar is a Bosmer in The Elder Scrolls Online residing in the Daggerfall Outlaws Refuge. She formerly cast magic for kings and nobles before having a "bad day" and burning a Breton noblewoman's eyebrows off. She suffers from severe burns on her face and body and is constantly drunk.
