Sufferthorn is a unique leveled Elven Dagger in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion that may be given as a bonus for completion of the second Dark Brotherhood quest "Accidents Happen."

Sufferthorn is the bonus given if Baenlin is killed by dropping the mounted head on him, and Gromm is left alive, all without being detected.
