Farseer Tirinaat is a Dunmer Ashlander and the wisewoman of the Kagesh Tribe currently found near Iliath Temple.
She acts as the emissary between her tribe and the priests in the wake of the warchief's, Ashkhan Ziddak Dunhaki, unsanctioned attack.
