Felgageldt Cave is a cave nearly halfway between Skingrad and the Imperial City, on the eastern side of the Gold Road, near the Red Ring Road. Nearby is the Clavicus Vile's Shrine.
There aren't many worth mentioning items inside the cave, other than a couple of gold coins, consumable plants and few locked chests.
