Forgotten Vale Overlook is a location in The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard. It is a sublocation of the Forgotten Vale that can be accessed through the Paragon Platform using the Emerald Paragon.

When entering through the portal the Dragonborn finds a large waterfall on the left, leading into a fast river. When following the river downstream it emerges into another waterfall high above the frozen lake with the word wall down in Forgotten Vale.
Alternatively, reach the balcony of the Inner Sanctum and, using Become Ethereal, jump off the balcony onto the Forgotten Vale Overlook, which provides wonderful views.
