Forgotten Vaults of Anudnabia, Forge of Hilbongard is a Daedric Ruin in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. These Daedric ruins have been buried by a rock slide and are only accessible though the nearby Omaren Ancestral Tomb.
Layout[]
The Daedric ruins are sealed within a large cavern. The ruins are partially flooded. Halfway though the cave, a locked and trapped door is guarded by a Frost Atronach. The door can be opened with an Ancient Daedric Key which was in a locked chest in the previous cavern. Behind the door lies the Forge of Hilbongard. A large structure which dominates the center of the room.
In the center of the forge is floating chest that is locked (level 80) and trapped. The chest can be opened with the Ancient Daedric Key. Inside the chest is the legendary artifact, Skull Crusher.
There are two balconies at the northwestern and southeastern ends of the room which are only accessible with levitation. The lower northwestern shelf is guarded by a Flame Atronach. There are several chests and magical items on the balconies, as well as skill books and tools.
