Forthor's Cursed Axe is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online.
Background[]
I found an odd, glowing handaxe in a pack at the bottom of Gurzag's Mine. A note of sale indicated a Bosmer named Forthor sold it to the Orcs. He's part of the Marbruk Mages Guild.

Walkthrough[]
In Gurzag's Mine, in the eastern room where the boss, Retribution, resides, you will find a backpack. This backpack will contain a mysterious pickaxe, and a note of sale indicating that a Bosmer named Forthor sold it to the Orcs here. Since all of the Orcs in this mine are dead, Forthor might want his pickaxe back.

Head out of the mine and go to Marbruk. Forthor will be in the Mages Guild; when you try to give him the axe, he will tell you that he had cursed it before selling it to the Orcs. He wanted them out of Valenwood, so he sold them a cursed axe that would attract the undead and kill the Orcs. He will agree to remove the curse though; wait until he is done with that, then talk to him again to get the axe back and finish the quest.
