Garlas Agea is an Ayleid ruin in The Elder Scrolls Online: Dark Brotherhood. The Gold Coast Trading Company has been operating out of the ruins. Captain Jena Apinia, also known as the "Butcher of Bravil," is hiding inside with some of the members of her legion.
