The Gauntlets of the Old Gods are a unique piece of light armor and part of the Armor of the Old Gods set found in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The Gauntlets of the Old Gods are a reward for completing No One Escapes Cidhna Mine.
Enchantment[]
Wearing this piece of armor grants the following skill bonuses:
- Fortify Archery: 20 points
Smithing[]
The Gauntlets of the Old Gods can be upgraded at a workbench with leather and the Arcane Blacksmith perk, however they do not benefit from any Smithing perks.
This means the gauntlets cannot be improved past flawless quality without boosting the Smithing skill over 100. This can be achieved by using enchanted items and/or blacksmithing potions to fortify Smithing.
