Unused Characters are all Non-Player Characters that were created for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, but not implemented into the game. In some cases, dialogue with characters that were included in the game, may reference these NPCs, despite the fact that they are not present in the game world.

Captain Metilius | Captain Metilius is a male Nord Imperial Soldier. He wears an Imperial soldier outfit without a helmet, and carries an Imperial bow, 10 steel arrows, and a steel greatsword. He was only to appear if both "Bleak Falls Barrow" and "The Jagged Crown" (for either faction) are in the Dragonborn's quest log, in which case he would be in Castle Dour. | |
Castor the Puzzlemaker's Corpse | Castor the Puzzlemaker's Corpse is aDunmer bandit and mage. His purpose in the game is unknown. | |
College Guard | The College Guard was to be, as his name suggests, a guard for the College of Winterhold, complete with standard Guard dialogue. | |
Cow Hand | Cow Hand was supposed to make an appearance in one of many Civil War quests, but was cut out alongside his related quest. | |
Dawnguard Hunter | The Dawnguard Hunter is a member of the Dawnguard, wearing the standard armor and using their weapons. It is unknown if this character was replaced with the Dawnguard Vampire Hunter or not. | |
DomnaMagia | DomnaMagia is an Imperial Warrior wearing a leveled set of Vampire attire and a pair of boots. She was once tied to a set of vampiric base-game quests. | |
Do Not Delete Me - needed for export to work | Do Not Delete Me - needed for export to work is a naked Nord, her purpose is unknown, but based on her name, it can be indicated that she was made for a script or facegen export to work. | |
Drunk Cultist | The Drunk Cultist is a female conjurer intended to be used for the quest "A Night to Remember." She was supposed to be at the steps of the altar where the portal to the Misty Grove appears. | |
Edorfin | Edorfin is a Bosmer who was intended to reside at the unused Pit. | |
Escaped Prisoner | The Escaped Prisoner is a male Nord in ragged robes, intended for use as a random encounter. | |
Fellow Prisoner | The Fellow Prisoner were enemies the would fight the player in the Pit. | |
Grushnag | Grushnag is an Orc warrior who wears a set of Scaled Armor, minus the helmet. | |
Headsman | The Headsman is a Nord who was meant to appear in a random encounter, known internally as WEDL11. | |
Henrik | Henrik is a Nord who was meant to appear as a corpse in the quest "The Wolf Queen Awakened". | |
Herebane Sorenshield | Herebane Sorenshield is an Imperial who was probably meant to have two Items related to him; Herebane's Fortress, and Herebane's Courage, though these items are also unused in-game. | |
Hrolmir | Hrolmir is a Nord who was meant to appear during the quest "The Pursuit." | |
Huki Seven-Swords | Huki Seven-Swords is a Nord warrior who was intended to reside at the unused Pit, and serve as its jailkeeper and Battle Matron. | |

Jolf | Jolf is a Nord citizen, he wears a leveled farmer tunic. His purpose is unknown, and in the Creation Kit, he is assigned to no factions and has no packages. | |
Karinda | Karinda is a horse intended to belong to Dagny. It would have been killed during the quest "The Whispering Door." | |
Liesl | Liesl is a Nord warrior who was meant to be a fighter in the Pit. | |
Load Dummy | Load Dummy is a Vampire Lord. He appears to be used for Lord Harkons Vampire Lord form during the quest "Kindred Judgment." | |
