holding cell [sic] [Do not change this to Holding Cell. This misspelled word is how it appears in-game.] is a Test Cell accessible only through the use of console commands. It greatly resembles a Nordic Tomb, and is completely empty. The cell has supporting beams of wood and stone across the ceiling, and aside from two short passages on the eastern side, it is rectangular.
