Irlof is a Nord pirate in the Blood Horker pirate clan and is working in the crew under captain Stig Salt-Plank. Irlof is blind in his left eye and has a rugged look to his face.

He can be found in the Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar accompanying his captain. After the quest has been completed, he and the other pirates will remain at the Windpeak Inn.
