Javad Tharn is an Imperial member of House Tharn and is a nephew of Abnur Tharn. He serves as the main antagonist of the Reaper's March region.
He is a necromancer and the leader of the Stonefire Cult. He is attempting to corrupt the Manes and thus the spirit of the Khajiiti people in order to force them out of the Dominion. He corrupted Mane Akkhuz-ri, forcing him to summon an army of Dro-m'Athra spirits to serve them.
