Khafnir is a Redguard ghost found in the Temple of Mourning Springs after the quest "Tears of the Two Moons" has been completed, and after the ghosts have returned to the temple. He can be found dancing around the fountain, which is powered by the Mourning Stone. His brother is Kithald, who stands directly next to him.
