Khari is a Khajiit who has been taken hostage by the Crosstree Bandits, a group of Skooma dealers established in Hazak's Hollow.
He is later revealed to be the son of their leader, Hazak.

Khari was sent into Hazak's Hollow to end the skooma ring, but he was captured. Zulana asks the Vestige to get him back. He assists the Vestige in killing Hazak.
