Kinther is a Redguard healer and the replacement for Ohtesse, a member of the Great Chapel of Arkay in Cheydinhal who dies in the quest "The Sword of the Crusader."

He is also a Journeyman Restoration trainer, who trains from 10am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm, but does not offer a reference to the "Restoration Master Training" quest, unlike Ohtesse. He does, however, offer overall the same services as Ohtesse, and even sells spells like Ohtesse.
