The Hall of the Watchful Touch is a location in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
Description[]
It is a sublocation of the ancient Dunmer stronghold of House Dagoth named Kogoruhn. It is the upper floors of the Hall of Phisto. Dagoth Baler resides here. A door leads to a roof where an Ash Slave can be found.
Quests[]
The Path of the Incarnate[]
During this part of the Main Quest, Sul-Matuul, the Ashkhan of the Urshilaku Tribe, sends the Nerevarine to Kogoruhn to prove their courage. They are to retrieve three items and bring them back to him. While doing this, the Hero may enter the Hall of the Watchful Touch, although nothing in here is related to the quest.
