Lost in the Mist is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online. Thorinor is looking for his wife, Elsinia. At this point, he is willing to accept either news of her survival, or proof of her death, as it is better than not knowing at all.
Background[]
Destroying the cursed skull held by the Shademist vampires has cleared the moors of corruption, but Thorinor says his wife was among the missing and never returned.

Walkthrough[]
Upon completing "Mist and Shadow," you will find a man named Thorinor outside Breduin's Home. He will tell you that his wife Elsenia went missing in the mist some time ago, and that he has been unable to find her. He will ask for your help in locating her and finding out if she is safe.
Head into the Shademist Moors. You will find Elsenia toward the center, by a large rock. Talk to her and she will tell you that she has been infected by the vampires, and that she intends to kill herself. When you propose looking for a cure, she will mention a tale of a Wild Witch whose hut appears and disappears, and who can cure any ailment. She does not believe in these ancient tales, but you can ask around about this witch in Longhaven. The villagers will direct you to Doralin in the south of town; she will tell you that the Witch is in fact an old Bosmer named Galereth, and that she lives in a hovel by the sea and only reveals herself to those that interest her.
Galereth's Hovel is directly to the west, at the coast. You will find her there; she will be able to provice a cure for vampirism, but she will ask for a favor in return. You can persuade her to just give you the cure directly; if you do not persuade her, [?]. Once you have the cure, bring it to Elsenia to finish the quest. She will be cured and return to her husband.
