The Low Road is running from The Fringe, through the Hill of Suicides, passing the New Sheoth Graveyard before it ends when reaching New Sheoth. As it runs through southern Dementia, it shares the same flora and fauna that commonly appears in that side of the Shivering Isles.
Besides navigation and as a relatively safe route through Dementia, it plays no real role in any quests or any major part in gameplay.
