Mallapi is a cave located in the Bitter Coast region near Gnaar Mok.
The locals at Gnaar Mok will give directions if asked, but only after hearing about the place from Lirielle Stoine in Ald'ruhn.
The cave is populated by a few Daedra and two female necromancers. A full set of master's alchemy equipment, a few scrolls and alchemical ingredients, and a copy of Feyfolken III can be found in the cave.
