Menus Felas is a Dunmer farmer who resides in his farmhouse in Vos, Morrowind.

Judging by two letters in his house, Menus Felas has only recently moved to Vos. He is being welcomed by Ienas Sarandas in the Note to Menus. Due to his recent arrival his house is not yet completely furnished. The Note from Berwen indicates that he expects the arrival of his bed soon.
