Morag Tong Armor is a unique set of enchanted light armor in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. It is used by the Morag Tong, and its appearance is identical to leather armor, except the cowl which has the same appearance as the black hood. This armor was added as part of the Mehrunes' Razor plug-in

Acquisition

The suit can be found on the Morag Tong Assassin that is only found in the jail during the quest "Unearthing Mehrunes' Razor."

Morag Tong Assassin

The reason for the Morag Tong assassin's appearance is that an assassination writ was put on the army commander's head. The assassin was apprehended while attempting to complete the contract.

If released, he will usually complete his mission to kill the commander. After completing the contract, he will go to the Inn of Ill Omen if he doesn't die.
