My Imperial City House is a house for sale in the Imperial City that the Hero can purchase and upgrade the interior to a Higher class living standard.

Overview[]

Housename: My Imperial City House

  • Location: Waterfront, Imperial City
  • Initial cost: 2,000 Gold
  • Total base cost: 5,615 Gold

General[]

This house is a wooden shack located in the Waterfront district of the Imperial City. It can be acquired from Vinicia Melissaeia at the Office of Imperial Commerce for 2,000 Gold, not including the cost of furniture upgrades, provided that her disposition towards the Hero is at least 50. Furniture can be purchased from Sergius Verus at Three Brothers Trade Goods in the Market District.

This house is suited for new adventurers, although it is the smallest house in the game. There are still places to store everything desired, and a bed to sleep in. Note that unlike The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, containers have an infinite capacity, so size is strictly about living areas.

The House Kitchen Area upgrade can be found in the private quarters of Stantus Varrid's House in the Temple District, along with the House Wall Hangings upgrade. The two can also be found on a desk in the private quarters of Tertius Favonius' House, located in the Elven Gardens District.
