, excluding the cost of furniture. Count Marius Caro, who resides in Castle Leyawiin, will sell the Hero the house, but his disposition towards them must be at least 60.
They can buy the furniture upgrades for the house from Gundalas at the Best Goods and Guarantees.
This house is rather small, only made up of one room that contains everything: bedroom, dining room, and storage area.
