Background[]
Glanir is a Proctor for the Aldmeri Dominion. He has tracked a bandit group known as the Crimson Raiders to their hideout. The Raiders have been causing trouble for the Dominion fleet.

Walkthrough[]
Inside the Crimson Cove, the Vestige comes across Glanir, a Bosmer tasked with dealing with the pirates within the cove. He tasks the Vestige with stealing the pirate's rutter.
After stealing the rutter, Glanir discovers that the pirates are actually members of the Imperial Legion, and that their Captain is meeting a Worm Cultist. He tasks the Vestige with defeating both.
After killing the cultis and captain, Glanir is glad and rewards the vestige with some gold and a smoke bomb.
