Normar Heights (also known as Fell's Run) is a village in High Rock. It is one of several possible locations that the Eternal Champion may discover in The Elder Scrolls: Arena.

Normar Heights is connected to two settlements. To the south-southwest is Old Gate, and to the north-northeast is North Point.
