The Order of the Virtuous Blood is a minor faction with a base at the Temple District of the Imperial City, in the basement of Seridur's House. They are a vampire-hunting guild and will reward those who can bring proof (Vampire Dust) of victorious battles against vampires. The reward is a sum of 250 .

The Order is made up of ordinary citizens of the Imperial City. Its founder and (former) leader is Seridur. The guild was established and maintained in the Third Era.

It is possible for the Hero to become a member of this order, after the completion of the quest of the same name as the faction.
