Pell's Gate is a location that quietly sits just off the Red Ring Road, southeast of the Old Bridge and south of Fort Homestead. It is a small settlement comprised of two houses and The Sleeping Mare.
Homeowners Shafaye and Irroke the Wide along with resident Schlera Sestius wander the area. The tavern, the Sleeping Mare, run by Candice Corgine, boasts not only food and drink but a stocked alchemical shop as well.
Plant-hunters will find only a Nirnroot sample behind the inn and some peony down towards the creek.
