While exploring Old Sord's Cave, the Vestige will come upon an urn that looks quite out of place. It will have an inscription indicating it belongs to Agvar in Windhelm.
Agvar resides at the docks. He will thank you for returning his mother's stolen urn, and give you some money as a reward.
