Pumpkin is a named red fox found in Southfringe Sanctum. Pumpkin appears to be a pet of the spellswords here. The animal is held inside a cage, along with a dead chicken in the cave's main chamber. Near the cage there is a bowl with two pieces of roasted meat in it.

Trivia

• Pumpkin shares the same name as a pet in one of Bethesda's other games, Fallout 3. Fallout 3's Pumpkin is a mole rat, which is also trapped in a cage.

• When this happens a follower will kill the fox and sometimes the corpse will turn to ashes rather than a normal death state.
•  360   PS3   Pumpkin may not respawn after death as some other pets do.
